Credit reconciliation

For a documented support adjustment or partial-refund allocation. Ordinary purchases and full refunds are processed by signed Waffo webhooks. This form never performs a payment or issues a Waffo refund.

Negative values remove credits. A negative balance blocks further generation until reconciled. Every change is recorded with the administrator and reason.
